NEW CLIENTS
  • Post-op sessions are highly recommended to be scheduled before the date of your surgery to guarantee an appointment. Please send an email if you are unable to find an appointment opening.

  • If you are a new client, please fill out your intake form and waiver online before coming in for your appointment. If you do not complete the necessary forms before your appointment, the time it takes to complete will be taken out of your massage.

  • Lymphatic Drainage Clients: It is recommended to come in freshly showered with no lotions applied, avoid heavy meals and alcohol within a few hours of your appointment, and plan to drink plenty of water before and after your service.

  • Upon arriving, there is a parking lot in the back of the building where you will see a handicap accessible ramp which will lead you to the entrance of a blue door.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes early to your appointment, please wait in your car and contact me before coming in as I may still be in session with another client. 

  • Post-op clients must have a doctor's note clearing them for massage.

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
  • In the event you need to either cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide 48-hours advance notice, or you will be charged an automatic no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost to the credit card on file.  

  • Clients that arrive late may have their session time shortened to avoid penalizing the next client, in which the full amount of the scheduled service will be due at check out. 

  • If you are ill please cancel your appointment as soon as possible to allow others to book in your place and to avoid any associated cancellation fees.

PAYMENT
  • Payment must be made in the form of cash or credit card at the end of your session. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. 

  • FSA/HSA cards are also accepted forms of payment. Check with your provider to determine your eligibility for which treatments are covered.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase. Gift cards are not transferrable. 

  • If you choose to pay with cash, please try to bring exact change.

SCHEDULING

 All appointments must be booked online through vagaro.com/newmoonmassage

After creating your client account on Vagaro.com, you then will have access to rescheduling, booking, cancellation, purchasing gift cards, etc.

*Please note, that a credit card is required to reserve your appointment. However, you will not be charged until after your session.

INFORMED CONSENT & CLIENT AGREEMENT
  • ***It is up to you to update your massage therapist to any new medical changes. If you have had any of the following conditions since you were last in such as: any recent vaccinations, change in medications, cancer, pregnancy, medical procedures, new tattoos, contagious conditions including any type of cold, flu, fever, allergies, skin conditions including sunburn, rashes, ringworm, open wounds, acute injuries, etc. you may be ineligible for bodywork. 

  • If you do not disclose this information and you have a condition that contraindicates bodywork, your session may be terminated, and you will be responsible for 100% of the service charge, no exceptions.

  • To protect the health and safety of both clients and therapist, please reschedule as soon as you begin feeling unwell to allow others to book in your place and to avoid any associated cancellation fees. If you have any health conditions and are not sure if you are eligible for a massage, please contact your massage therapist before scheduling.***
