POLICIES
NEW CLIENTS
  • If you are a new client, please fill out your intake form and waiver online before coming in for your appointment. If you do not complete the necessary forms before your appointment, the time it takes to complete will be taken out of your massage.

  • Upon arriving, use the front door entrance of the building. Parking signs are located on the right side of the driveway. There is also a handicap accessible ramp and extra parking lot in the back of the building.

  • If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car and contact me before coming in as I may still be in session with another client. 

CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY
  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide 24-hours advance notice, or you will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service cost to the card on file.  

  • Illness and emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call to avoid being charged a no-show fee.

  • If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. You may or may not be able to push your appointment time back depending on the schedule for the day or the minutes will be deducted from the massage time.

PAYMENT
  • Payment must be made in the form of cash or credit card at the end of your session. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year after purchase. Gift certificates are not valid on products. If you are unable to use your gift certificate you may transfer to a family member or friend.

  • If you choose to pay with cash, please try to bring exact change.

BOOKING

 All appointments must be booked online through vagaro.com/newmoonmassage

After creating your client account on Vagaro.com, you then will have access to rescheduling, booking, cancellation, purchasing gift cards, etc.

INFORMED CONSENT & CLIENT AGREEMENT
  • Inform the massage therapist of your medical history to the best of your knowledge.

  • If you have had any of the following medical conditions within 8 weeks of your scheduled appointment such as: any recent vaccinations, change in medications, cancer, pregnancy, rashes, medical procedures, new tattoos, contagious diseases including any type of cold/flu, allergies, skin conditions including sunburn, acute injuries, etc. and are not sure if you are eligible for a massage, please contact before scheduling an appointment or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. 

  • If you omit anything that leads to negative results, it is your responsibility to inform of any changes and not that of the massage therapist. Your massage therapist has the right to terminate a session at any time.
