This treatment can increase ability to conceive by balancing energetic and physical components of the body. You will also receive coaching on ovulation timing, nutritional education, and learn how to implement these techniques at home with your partner. For optimal results, schedule sessions in the first half of your cycle, prior to ovulation. This massage is not recommended while menstruating.

Promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and also reduces leg cramps, muscle spasms, low back pain, and swelling. This full body massage is offered in all trimesters and includes a calming belly massage, scalp massage, and foot reflexology.

Postnatal massage can help alleviate pain related to natural and cesarean births. This massage focuses on sore neck, shoulders, and hips from the body adjusting to carrying around your new baby.  During this session, baby is welcome to stay with you in the treatment room. Most babies stay asleep throughout the entire session, but if they awake, moms are able to accommodate whether it be nursing or holding their baby. The postnatal massage in particular is scheduled with more time to ensure a relaxed pace.

A therapeutic massage to soothe women during their monthly menstrual cycle. This massage rids cramps and tension by focusing on targeted areas of the lower back, neck, and shoulders. Also included is a special blend of oils to balance hormones and a deep heat pack to soothe cramps.

The new moon represents new beginnings and manifesting what you want in life. This two hour healing treatment is complete with a full body massage incorporated with reiki. Sage is used to purify the energy and remove negative ions. Followed by a unique blend of essential oils to promote new moon healing energy.

The full moon represents the release of all stress and negative energies. This two hour massage includes reiki incorporated into a full body massage. Palo santo is a scared plant that is used in this session to bring renewed peace and positivity along with a unique blend of essential oils to promote full moon healing energy.
