If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please provide 24-hours advance notice, or you will be charged a no-show fee of $30 to the card on file.
Illness and emergencies will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel an appointment, please call to avoid being charged a no-show fee.
Payment must be made in the form of cash or credit card at the end of your session. Accepted credit cards include: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Gift cards expire one year after purchase.
If you choose to pay with cash, please try to bring exact change.
If you are a new client, please fill out your intake form and waiver online before coming in for your appointment. If you do not complete the necessary forms before your appointment, the time it takes to complete will be taken out of your massage.
After creating your client account on Vagaro.com, you then will have access to rescheduling, booking, cancellation, etc.
Informed Consent and Client Agreement:
Inform the massage therapist of your medical history to the best of your knowledge.
If you have had ANY recent medical changes such as cancer, pregnancy, rashes, contagious diseases including any type of cold/flu, acute injuries, etc and are not sure if you are eligible for a massage, please contact before scheduling an appointment.
If you omit anything that leads to negative results, it is your responsibility to inform of any changes and not that of the massage therapist.
Your massage therapist has the right to terminate a session at any time.
COVID-19 Regulations as of May 23rd, 2020:
•Face masks are optional for clients, however, you must bring your own if you’d like to wear one.
•While face masks are recommended per the CDC, those whose religious beliefs prevent them from wearing a Face Covering, or people who cannot wear a Face Covering due to a medical or behavioral condition are exempt from this recommendation.
•Hand washing is encouraged before your session. There will be hand sanitizer provided before and after sessions.
•If you are at high-risk, have any new health changes, display signs of illness at your appointment, or are unable to complete the Covid forms, your appointment may be forfeited.
•For the time being, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
